The company operates breweries in Sampang Agung (Mojokerto) and Tangerang, with sales and marketing offices in all the major cities throughout Indonesia.

To strengthen our team, we are now seeking for a talented and energetic person to be our:

HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

RESPONSIBILITY:
- Ensuring the quality of Human Resources Services & deliverables
- Handling all the operational activities of Human Resources at the Head Office level
- Coordinating with HR Managers concerning the manpower management

SELECTION SPECIFICATION:
- S1 degree, preferably majoring in Law or other relevant background.
- Minimum 3 (three) years experience in Human Resources.
- Having experience in the Industrial Relations aspect will be an advantage.
- Familiar with Manpower Regulation.
- Having experience in compensation & benefit function.
- Comprehensive understanding of all Human Resources function.
- Good communication skills.
- Customer-oriented minded and performance-driven.
- Proficient in English, both oral and written.
- Computer literate.
