ASSISTANT RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
* The focus and specializations of Guardian is to support its business needs and together with Human Resources Department (HRD) will implement the following: a) provide timely and result oriented learning opportunity, b) Develop the quality of Human Resource (HR) in terms of skills, knowledge and competency related to customers, tenants, employees and shareholders satisfaction, c) participate in internal Learning and Career Development Center (LCDC) program.

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\’s Degree in Pharmacy/Pharmacolo gy or equivalent.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Coordinator/ Supervisors specializing in Training & Development or equivalent. Job role in Training & Development or equivalent.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Having knowledge of modern training management and development program especially related with competency based human resource management and possess training experience as a trainer as well
* Having a strong knowledge in Pharmacy
* Team work and result oriented, sharp analytical skill, presentation skill, an excellence communications skill
* English proficiency both oral and written is a must
